Test a new navigation before publishing it across a live storefront.

Use a sandbox store​

Use a sandbox store when possible so you can test a large navigation change without affecting customers.

Hypa apps are free on BigCommerce sandbox stores.

Add to a test page​

If a sandbox is not available, add the widget to a non-global Page Builder region on a test page. Unlike the normal global header placement, this limits the menu to that page.

Prepare a rollback​

If you must test on the live storefront, publish during a quiet period. If you find a problem, remove the Mega Menu widget and publish again to restore the original navigation. Contact support if you need help planning the change.
